Terms of Service
These terms cover CoachOne subscriptions and text messages sent by Every Leader.
SMS Terms
Program. Every Leader sends text reminders for scheduled one-on-one meetings between a leader and the person they coach.
How you join. A leader using Every Leader adds your mobile number. You receive one text asking you to reply YES. You are only enrolled if you reply YES.
What you receive. A reminder before each scheduled one-on-one meeting. A reminder may include a link to add topics for that meeting. Message frequency varies with how often your meetings are scheduled.
Message frequency varies: one reminder the day before each scheduled one-on-one, plus the one-time request to confirm.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop. Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. To join again, ask your leader to add your number, then reply YES.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

CoachOne Subscriptions
CoachOne is billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. Prices are in US dollars and may change with notice before your next renewal.
