The scored inspection connected to your leadership system.
CoachStandard is audit and inspection software for the periodic, scored brand standards inspection in restaurants and retail (pass/fail against your standards, weighted categories, critical items), sitting on top of the coaching system every finding feeds into.

Completed scored inspection: pass/fail, weighted categories, critical items.
The scored audit, done to the defensibility bar.
- Configurable scored inspections your own team authors and changes. No sending form edits to a vendor.
- Photo evidence, geo-tag, timestamp, and offline-first capture.Built for the inspector in the field, not the desk.
- Locked at completion.A completed record cannot be quietly edited. A correction runs through one named, permission-gated path, carries a required reason, rescores automatically, and leaves a trail that stays on the file. That is the defensibility bar a scored audit has to clear.
- Every finding becomes an assigned fix with a due date.Criticals are due the next trading day and everything else within seven days by default, and your brand can set its own windows, down to a single question. The store records the correction, a critical closes with photo verification, and the re-inspection that clears a failed audit is a linked record on the same file.
- Scored, branded reports the moment the inspection completes. With every score drilling down to the items behind it.
- Every language your crew speaks.Built to support 100+ languages. Each person picks their own.
Coaching underneath the score.
CoachStandard protects the floor. CoachLens raises the ceiling. When an inspection identifies a problem, the finding does not die in an audit report. It becomes part of the field leader’s next coaching conversation. Your field team stops double-entering findings into two systems, and a failed category becomes a coaching plan instead of a penalty letter.
Unlimited inspections per location. A location that fails and needs re-inspecting never generates a separate charge, which is the opposite of a per-inspection meter. Users are unlimited too.
Tell them how to fix it, not just that it was wrong.
Every item marked no or fail carries an optional box where the auditor writes the fix: where to order the point-of-purchase material, who to call, which vendor supplies the right scoop. Optional by design, because a required box on a two-hundred-question form produces forty repetitions of see manager.
CoachPilot helps when the auditor asks it to, grounded in that brand’s own standards, and renders nothing at all when it has nothing useful to add. The auditor writes the closing summary in their own words, with the option to have the platform tighten what they wrote. The words stay theirs, because a summary the auditor never read is the first thing challenged in a dispute.
On the report the score comes first, then the summary, then every recommendation collected in one place, then the questions. Franchisees read the first page.
Bring your record, not just your forms.
Moving off Zenput, Crunchtime Ops Execution, SafetyCulture or another audit platform? Your forms and your inspection history come with you.
Your forms come over. AI-assisted import reads the forms you already run and builds them as CoachStandard templates, with human verification on every point value, every critical item, and every threshold before anything goes live.
Your history comes with them. Most of this category will migrate your forms and leave your audit history behind. CoachStandard imports the record itself: score sheets, and full submission documents read question by question with the reasons recorded beneath each failure. Upload the archive as a set rather than one file at a time.
Imported audits are never recalculated. The score and the threshold belonged to the vendor you are leaving, so they stay exactly as they were, marked as imported everywhere they appear, and joined into your average and your trend. A historical audit is testimony, not arithmetic.
It is also the one migration item with a hard deadline. Every other decision in a platform change can slip a quarter. Access to your own history ends when the contract does.
The reporting a standards owner actually needs.
Scores across the estate by brand, region, and location. Findings with criticals as a lens rather than a separate silo. And repeat findings: the same standard failing at the same location across periods, including standards that failed under the platform you left, because imported history reaches the findings report too.
One store missing a standard is a store problem. Forty stores missing the same standard is a brand problem, and seeing the difference should not depend on somebody building a spreadsheet.
